You can check your schedule, request a visit swap, and check what upcoming visits still need volunteers by visiting the following web page.

Use the VSP login information you received when you applied for membership. If you have lost this information, please contact Carol at [email protected]
Although you can see open visit slots, you still must contact your Regional Coordinator to request a visit. If you have to cancel an existing visit, you can request a “swap” through VSP, but it is a good idea to also send your Regional Coordinator a heads up.
Main Application, Phone Apps
You can download the VSP app from the app store for iPhones, iPads and Android devices. Use “Heartsandpaws” as your Organization ID and your VSP login information.
This allows you to do the same functions as the desktop, right from the convenience of your phone or iPad.
CHECKING IN
We ask that you check in before your visits. You can check in up to an hour before the visit until 10 minutes after. You do this through the following link:

We recommend that you bookmark this on your computer, and if you want to use your phone to check in, set this up as a shortcut on your phone screen to make this easy to do. Here is an example of setting the shortcut up on an Android phone. Click on the options icon (hamburger menu sometimes) and choose “Add to home screen.” The process is similar for iPhones.
