Visitation Committee

Mission:
The mission of the Visitation Committee (VC) is to seek out new sites for visits, as well as follow up on sites that search out HPCD. The VC will oversee the scheduling of all meet and greets for possible new sites, and the scheduling of the visits of handlers and spotters. The VC will be the point of contact for all sites, and will be responsible for contacting the Secretary for obtaining a Certificate of Insurance for all sites.
Tasks:
Receive new visitation site requests. Evaluate preferences of Handlers and Spotters. If new site is needed, research and locate possible new site.
If site contact agrees, set up initial meeting in coordination with the appropriate Regional Coordinator.
Log new site information, notify webmaster to add to list in Members Area.
