Community Events Committee

Mission:
The mission of the Community Events Committee (CEC) is to seek out community events for all members of HPCD to attend. The CEC is responsible for coordinating all events, including organizing volunteers and working with the event venues to finalize logistics for the event. The CEC will be tasked with seeking out sponsors for our scheduled events.
Tasks:
Source and contact various Community Events.
When agreed upon, sign up for event, determine details, enlist Hearts & Paws participants, handle logistics and communications.
Notify Marketing Committee of details of event to be added to main calendar and Google Calendar (webmaster) and for social media posts.
Log events as they are added.
